Compliance Declaration
Our company’s management philosophy is based on the 3S management principle: “Customer Satisfaction,” “Organizational Satisfaction,” and “Employee Satisfaction.”
To put this philosophy into practice, we declare both inside and outside the company that we will establish corporate ethics in all of our corporate activities and promote compliance management that abides by laws and regulations.
(1) Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We will comply with all domestic and international laws and regulations, as well as our own company regulations, and conduct our business activities with integrity and high ethical standards.
(2) Disclosure of corporate information
Information that is required to be disclosed in the course of corporate activities will be disclosed in a timely and appropriate manner.
In addition, all personal information and information related to license agreements will be strictly managed in accordance with the law.
(3) Respect for human rights and the environment
In conducting business activities, we strive to respect the environment and human rights from the perspective of corporate social responsibility, listen to the opinions and suggestions of all company stakeholders, including customers and employees, and always make proactive efforts to improve the quality of our business activities.
(4) Dealing with anti-social forces and groups
We will take a firm stance against anti-social forces and groups that threaten the order and safety of civil society.
(5) Thorough awareness
Full-time officers recognize that it is their role to realize a compliance system and will establish and maintain a highly effective organizational structure. They will also continually implement, verify and evaluate education and training on compliance within the company, as well as the state of its penetration and establishment.
(6) Check
Full-time officers are expected to make efforts to prevent any incident that violates these Codes of Conduct from occurring, and in the unlikely event that an incident that violates these Codes of Conduct does occur, they will take the initiative to swiftly resolve the problem, identify the cause, and work to prevent recurrence.
Environmental activities
“We want to be a group of people who can contribute widely to society through the Electronics Industry Association.”
As part of our corporate philosophy, we are committed to addressing environmental issues based on ISO14000, and the entire company is working together to realize environmental measures.
Basics
- Comply with environmental laws (air pollution, water pollution, noise, etc.).
- Based on the environmental aspect (factors that affect the environment), we will review the product materials, parts, and equipment that we use and purchase.
- Effective use of used items with consideration for global resources. (Especially recyclable items)
Specifics
1. Towards environmental friendliness and customer satisfaction (demands):
(a) Customer demands (for environmental issues) and contributions to the environment.
(b) Specific measures for halogen-free and lead-free.
2. Towards global resources:
(a) Planned use and reduction of electricity and water, and consideration of the content of paper (office supplies), etc.
(b) Thorough management and reduction of materials, parts, etc. related to resources.
(c) Complete identification of waste (including industrial waste) and sorting of recyclable items.
Based on the above description, we will build an environmental management system.
To this end, we will clearly define the following items.
- Organization
Establish an ISO14000 Promotion Office. Appoint a promotion office director. The director will be responsible for establishing an environmental management system that complies with ISO14000. - The organization will periodically check the status of management implementation, and if there is a problem, will review the management system and report to the board of directors for a decision.
- We will make sure that all employees are fully aware of our environmental policy through all materials and opportunities.
Next-generation upbringing support
In order to develop an employment environment in which employees can demonstrate their capabilities and achieve a good balance between work and life, we have formulated the following action plan.
(1) Planning period
4 years from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2027
(2) Content
Goal 1
Publicize maternity leave under the Labor Standards Act, childcare leave under the Childcare and Family Care Leave Act, childcare leave benefits under the Employment Insurance Act, maternity allowances and lump-sum childbirth payments under the social insurance system, and social insurance exemption systems during childcare leave.
<Countermeasures>
●Inform employees of the work rules and distribute them to them when an employee or their spouse becomes pregnant.
Goal 2
Increase male employees’ understanding of childcare leave and encourage them to take childcare leave.
<Countermeasures>
●Promote understanding of childcare leave by conducting training on the childcare and nursing care system.
Goal 3
Aim to increase the rate of annual paid leave taken to 70% or more, which is the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare’s numerical target.
<Countermeasures>
● Improve the work environment so that employees can easily take annual paid leave.
Women’s advancement
We have formulated the following action plan to create a comfortable working environment for all employees, so that female employees can fully utilize their abilities and play an even more active role.

Goal 1
We aim to ensure that female employees are able to continue working without quitting their jobs due to marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, childcare, elderly care, etc., and to begin with, we aim to have one male employee take childcare leave.

Implement training to improve understanding of work-life balance support, review the work structure, and build a cooperative system within the department.
Goal 2
Maintain 100% of female employees taking childcare leave, and aim for turnover rate after leave to be below 20%.

We will work to improve the environment to make it easier for employees to maintain childcare leave and return to work.
